The Healthy Breathing Centre shares a close working relationship with Vinnies (Saint Vincent de Paul Society) across Australia.

The St Vincent de Paul Society’s 40,000 members and volunteers work hard to assist people in need and combat social injustice across Australia.
Members of the Society are people who live out their faith in action by visiting people in their homes to provide support, friendship and material assistance.

People who are being assisted by conference members are often provided with furniture, clothing and household goods free of charge through the Society’s Vinnies Centres. Centres also offer affordable clothing and goods to the wider community. The profit from the sale of stock from the Vinnies Centres is used to provide resources and support to people in need.
For over 150 years, home visitation has been the core work of the Society. By visiting people in their homes, the St Vincent de Paul Society aims to help men, women and families to break their cycle of poverty and disadvantage.

Vinnies relies on the HBC and it’s network suppliers to provide professional, low moisture sanitising services for a broad range of applications including shop floor carpet sanitisation and treatment of donated furniture for retail or case work.

One of the lynchpins of the Vinnies and Healthy Breathing Centre relationship is the ease of coordination which comes with an internationally aligned network.
The Healthy Breathing Centre is able to offer Vinnies locations in Australia a consistently high quality service whether they are located in a capital city or a remote location.

Operators for the Healthy Breathing Centre are passionate about their relationship with Vinnies stores. With every item of furniture they sanitise, they are adding value to the retail store that will sell it, or protecting the dignity of the person who may receive it at no cost. For every carpet a HBC Operator cleans and sanitises, they are helping to prolong the life of that carpet, whilst helping to maintain a clean looking shop front and most importantly, a healthy one.

The HBC service provides Vinnies locations with a convenient, effective and healthy service which helps Vinnies locations, staff and volunteers to keep doing what they do best, looking after people in need.
